As well as analytical data as mentioned above, the only information collected from our customers are those details requested in the form on our Online Enquiry Form page.
These details may be submitted via the online form, via email or given to us verbally. Upon completion of the online form, the details are emailed to us automatically.
We process this information for the sole purpose of dealing with our customers' booking requirements and events. Once an event is completed all emails are removed.
However, basic event and contact information is retained for reference in the event of any queries arising or repeat bookings.
